  Was trying to call the store just after lunch for about 30 minutes or so only to have a staff member pick up the landline, start dialling some numbers, then hanging up as soon as they realised a customer was trying to communicate with them. I called back a few more times to see if I had their attention now but.. nudda. Apparently 5 staff members isn't enough to serve 2 customers AND answer the phone at the same time. A phone company that's terrible with their phones? The irony is real here guys, unfortunately the convenience is not.

  For a telco, its amazing that this Telstra shop never answers the phone. I lodged a complaint with Telstra but the complaints call centre couldn't contact them either. As a Telstra shareholder, I am pretty disappointed that Telstra management allows this to continue.
