  Robin the taxi receptionist is the most helpful and charismatic and lovely taxi receptionists I've ever had the pleasure to talk to. Left my key in a taxi and in a jiffy she found our booking from hours earlier, was on the phone to the taxi driver and confirmed he had it in his car and had him drop it off back to us. All done with a cheerful tone and a lovely friendly service! You don't get this in the big cities! Thank you Robin and taxi driver of car 25! You have both saved me!

  Poor experiences with taxis in Alice Springs. Drivers not exiting the vehicle to assist with bags, we were even ripped off by one driver, Rahil who didn't show the meter then charged an extra couple bucks on top of what we had paid for the same trip previously.

  Called up for a cab at 10:45 its now 11:46 and still nothing!! My first day on the job and im late!!....Great, just great!! Oh, just received a phone call, they will be here 10-15minutes so i'll only be a half hour late
