    As an American who has dropped into countless Crossfit boxes, I must say this was one of my absolute favorites. From the size, to the beautiful equipment, to the great coaching, and friendly fun atmosphere, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience!!!! Even more impressive, is that it's a new box so I can only imagine how great it will grow to be! Go check it out if you can, it's totally worth it!!!!

    It's a new box with a friendly family culture reflected by their membership. They hold the crossfit values in business and family values in ethics. You will work hard and share your efforts here and if you want, enjoy a pizza or curry or hangi night.
