  Kmart Auto Alice Springs was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The good bit was that they fitted my 2010 'out of warranty' Subaru Forester in for a service on 3-4 days notice when I was travelling through town. The not so good bit is that they quoted me $155 for a minor service (oil change with good quality oil and filter) and then without consultation with me, performed a logbook service (oil change and filter) for $218. As far as I can tell, the same thing but more expensive. Oh, they did stamp the log book as they promise, but they stamped it in the wrong place. They should have phoned me to discuss what they intended to do beforehand, but they didn't.

  I've had numerous car services carried out at Kmart T&A Service Alice Springs and have never had reason to complain. The team is client focused, efficient, and provides good value for money.
