  I got in to get my car serviced, originally i am from Melbourne. The experience was extremely poor, They did not have the part (radiator hose), the guy was not sure how much the service will cost me if they do the full service. When they called around in the town to find the part they did not have, the owner who was some old dude tried to oblige me that it took them 45 minutes to call around the town to find the part which they were not successful off getting!! He told me that he will not charge me for that 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! tears came to my eyes that what a generous guy!!! later on when i went to pick up my car i saw the damage in the bumper i asked him how this happened he did not give any proper reply at all just said that someone should have bumped in to it and told me that he will fix it on my next visit as i still have that radiator hose to fix...when i have asked him that will you surely fix it, he got into my face and said that i don't like smart people and all that bullshit!! even though i was in my right to ask about the damage has been done to the car. Over all extremely poor service.
