  Worst mechanics ever. Repaired what wasn't requested and when i asked why they did it instead of what was broken they said i can search for another mechanics. Rude customer service. Stay away!

  I wish I had read the reviews of this place before giving them my business. The several negative ones are spot on. The owner is exceptionally rude and belligerent, even aggressive. Based on this alone, I would recommend going elsewhere.

  100% recommend going anywhere else but here. The customer service from day 1 was disgustingly rude and the vibe was horrible. They pre ordered a radiatior for me which was fantastic only to find out they ordered the wrong one. Honest mistake? I spoke to soon thinking this was a great place. They then asked to keep my car overnight. Which then turned into a week! I had no way of getting my daily stuff done. They did not update me at all. I called multiple times to check on the progress and each time they were completely rude telling me it would be done when they could find the time to get my car done. Which is pathetic that my car was put at the bottom of the to do list considering they held it for way longer then expected. They charge ridiculously. It cost me $1500 to get a new battery, service and radiator. Now I know that is unreasonable considering my dad has been a mechanic for over 30 years now. When I finally got the rude call saying my car was done, and the gut renching amount I had to pay. I drove my car twice for 10 minutes max and my engine light came on. Not only that but they had pulled out my whole dash to mess around with my windrscreen wipers in spite I would assume because I had a go at them over the phone about the disgusting service I was receiving. Which is why I would assume they told me my car would be ready one day, I then gave them a piece of my mind and didn't receive my car until late the next day.

  Very poor customer service and unsatisfactory work. The gentleman was not interested in providing any explanation beyond 'its cooked', was highly irritable and generally made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my business. I'll be sure not to inconvenience him again. I had to visit another mechanic afterwards to get answers to my questions. If you're after a mechanic who does good work and is happy to have even a cursory chat about your vehicle, I suggest you look elsewhere.
