  Good place for renting, some of their policies are a bit overly restrictive and but very customer friendly, but everything else was smooth.

  Very friendly and efficient check-in by the staff. Vehicle perfectly prepared and ready to go. Staff took time and trouble to explain all the vans features in detail without rushing us off the lot. The Britz van was a large 6 Berth Mercedes job, was totally reliable, well equipped and comfortable. Bluetooth van stereo and plenty of USB charge points were great. Poor drivers cab curtains not so good. The $220 one way drop off fee to leave the van in Darwin was good value.

  Quality vehicles and good service. I would recommended taking the optional insurance. The outback is a big place and things can go wrong. The vehicles do use a lot of fuel so take it easy and you will save money. You will also be safer (they are somewhat top heavy) and you will see more of the harsh outback. Before you depart, have a look at the items people have left behind and are available to take on your trip.

  Unfortunately the Staff At Alice Springs are under instructions from main office to do a minimum rent of 5 days for all their campervan and 4wd vehicles. And the vehicle I wanted and was quoted was more expensive by comparison to other places
