Lack of communication. The sales guy was very nice but the 'boss' of used cars was a total jerk. No handshake! No welcome to kittles lets see what deal we can do! Just arrogance. Didn't even get to the point were I didn't need finance.

Ok place other than the slightly pushy staff who won't leave till they show you at least one car

Used to work for their carwash. They didn't pay my last two days of work, claiming that I didn't give them all my uniform back (which i actually did). Employees are literally bullied and badly treated. One of the worst working experience ever.

I took my Landcruiser Dual Cab to them for a 20,000k service on Friday Dec 1. Steve checked me in very nicely and even wrote VIP on my papers. They rang to tell me tread levels indicated not worth rotating. Rang to ask me if I wanted it washed, NO, not required. Car was ready after 4 so they had 8 hours. On checking as I always do, Oil level half full on dipstick, Same dead bee on airfilter that was there two days ago, hmmmm. Underneath grease and lots of it smeared all around the steering knuckles of the front wheels, hmmm, this wont go well once I go off road and the dust turns it into abrasive paste! On the phone, Steve apologetic and take car back Saturday morning. Quentin the service manager comes to greet me and is very apologetic and car vanishes for a while. Wife and I sit in waiting room plastered with awards certificates from Toyota and other manufacturers, hmmm. Car comes back, once back at caravan park check oil again, now at least its at 3/4 level, grease is wiped off and new air filter is fitted, They are trying! I take spanner to every bolt they may have touched and so far so good nothing loose except the battery they moved to fit a new fuel filter, I tighten it. But notice now steering linkages obviously not greased, yet on the invoice as done, hmmm. Back for another go Quentin is apologetic again and gives me 5 ltrs of oil to top up myself (it takes a bit over one litre to the full mark) and mechanic comes and greases the steering linkage. Front of house, very good for Steve and Quentin but I took my car to get serviced not greeted. Back of house is atrocious, Steve told me mechanic had 26 years experience!!!! At what!!!! There were supposed to be wheel bearings greased but I have no confidence that was done, I think the smearing around the front hubs was done to look like it. In fact if Toyota give awards out for this performance then I have no confidence in the Toyota system full stop. They should be ashamed of themselves as a manufacturer. My wife thought the dealer must have printed the certificates themselves :) It will be the last Toyota service my car gets anywhere in Australia! Steves comment to me on the Monday was "I've never had this happen before" my reply was "neither have I. And never again. I feel so sorry for those people who don't check their car after going to places like these. I was towing a 3,300kg caravan and they sent me on my way at least 4 litres of oil short! It was 40 degrees when I was travelling. And charged me for all the oil, all the grease and all the service points they obviously didn't do, yet were on the invoice as checked off and they had the car for 8 hours? They later tried to fix every point I raised (credit) but none should have been raised, they had already charged me for all of the points they had missed? Shouldn't that mean they were done, hence nothing should have needed fixing! You make your own mind up.
